I. General policies and procedure for paper submission
1. All papers must be an original work. Do not submit work that has already been presented at another conference, or that has already been published

2. If the manuscript is not compliant with the paper formatting rules, it will not be processed until the correction is made. Editors shall make corrections to submitted papers to comply with formatting rules.
3. The paper should be written in English, Russian or Turkish. Especially, the title, author's name, abstract, and keywords should be written in Roman alphabet.

II. Paper Formatting
1. The length of the paper should not exceed 20 pages of A4 paper, including figures, tables and references (except keywords and excerpts). If the paper is written in English, it should not exceed 8,000 words and should be submitted in Microsoft word format
2. The paper should include the author's correct address, affiliations, abstract (150-250 words), and Keywords (5-10 words).
3. The top and bottom margins should be 3cm, while the left and right margins should be 2cm. The header and footer margins should be 2cm while the binding margin should be 0cm.
4. The size of the paper should be 15.4cm wide and 22.1cm long.
5. The paper must be written with a font size of 11pt. It should be single-spaced with the indentation of 1.25cm. The font should be a serif typeface such as Times New Roman.
6. The title should be written, centered, in 15pt and boldfaced. The author's name should be written, centered, in 11pt and boldfaced.
7. The author's affiliations should be written centered, in 11pt and normal. Note the country name after the affiliation.
8. It should be double spaced between the title and author's name and also between the body of paper and the affiliation.
9. The preface should be written, centered, in 10pt. The page number of odd-numbered pages should be written with the paper title and for even-numbered pages, the author's name should be written. If the title is more than one line, acronyms should be used for the title.
10. Citations should be with a font size of 10pt, spaced 140, right and left margins 1.5cm and indented 1.25cm.
11. References should be with a font size of 11pt, single spaced and indented 1.25cm.
12. The paper should include footnotes and references in English, or in Roman alphabet.
13. . Footnotes should be with a font size of 9pt and single spaced.
14. Do not put page numbers on the manuscript.

III. Citations: Footnotes & References
Citations should be referred to APA (American Psychological Association) citation style.
1. When using a direct quotation, include the page number of the quote. Stereotypes have been defined as "generalized and usually value-laden impressions that one's social group uses in characterizing members of another group" (Lindgren, 2001, p. 1617)
2. 2. When paraphrasing an idea, the citation will include author(s) and date.

3. 3. For electronic sources without page numbers, use the abbreviation para. If the paragraph number is not apparent, cite the section heading and the paragraph number following it.

IV. Paper Review and Selection Procedure
1. Submitted papers will be reviewed by the editorial board and will get selected for the proceedings
The editing board will select four board members confidentially to review one submitted paper.
The reviewer should be the subject area expert but it is not necessary to be a member of IACAS.
2. Selection Procedure
The review criteria are reliability of the subject, originality of work, logicality of the content and completeness of the structure
The results will be categorized in three different levels; publishing, publishing after the correction, not publishing and the reviewer should explain the reason.
According to the review result, the decision for publishing will be made.

Publishing after correction

If the result is to be published after correction, the editing staff should let the author know the deficiencies and ask for the correction. If the author does not correct the deficiencies, it can cause the failure of publishing. If the author refuses to correct the deficiencies, the reason should be submitted in writing. The paper could be published if the explanation is reasonable.

VI. Rules for the order of publishing papers
If the number of papers resulted in publishing is more than the number of planned publishing papers, the following rules will be used to decide the order of publishing papers.
Give the priority to the papers that were published in the conference held by IACAS.
Give the priority to the ones that had higher score from reviewers.
If it is still difficult to make the decision with rules of 1 and 2, give the priority to an author who has less submission rate with IACAS.
