1. Mission

The organization executes education training projects, community development projects, and medical projects to build the independent ability of residents of developing nations to construct peaceful and just civil societies by equipping them with capabilities for self-empowerment.

2. Projects

This organization develops and promotes the following projects to contribute to the construction of a peaceful and just civil society in the region in which it operates.

1. Education Training Programs

In order to train leaders who will lead the future of Asian countries, the organization executes the following projects:

1)  Training and dispatching regional experts

2)  Establishment and operation of education training centers

3)  Training of local professionals and scholarship projects

4)  Multicultural awareness and immersion trainings

5)  Academic excharges

2. Community Development Projects

In order to improve the living conditions of underdeveloped and marginalized areas, and to empower them to become self-sufficient, the organization dispatches professionals and volunteers, provides funds and operates facilities as listed below:

1)  Improvement of living conditions 

2)  Welfare support for children, the disabled, and women

3)  Management of environmental resources development 

4)  Dispatch of teams of overseas peace volunteers

3.  Local Business Investment

In order to contribute to the development of local communities and economies, the organization makes investments for non-profit purposes as follows:

1)  Basic health service support for residents of villages where there is a lack of medical services

2)  Establishment and operation of free hospitals and clinics 

3)  Training of basic medical personnel 

4)  Re-training of medical professionals

4. If necessary, the organization may engage in profitable businesses in order to fulfill its mission.

3. UN Partnership

IACD was granted a Special consulative status from the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) in 2012.
