IACD was founded to promote dispatch experts,

service and research, cultural exchange

for developing countries in Asia.

Performed extensive research and studies on the Altaic Regions,

Central Asia and minority groups in China

Provided humanitarian aid and medical services for refugees

from the Indo-Chinese Peninsula

Held the first Asia Minor Exploration Seminar in Turkiye
